Since the introduction of the Paleo diet to the Western Rugby program, I'm sure some of you are 100% on board, and some of you may be part time, while others of you think its too hard and just love your pasta too much.
I found it very difficult to do paleo and be on the run, because sandwiches are just so DARN convenient so this is a recipe that should help with that, its not even that expensive, you can make a loaf for under 5 bucks.
You can get almond flour in bulk from the bulk barn .. you know when your headed there NOT getting candy ;)
Eggs of course are best when pastured and organic - since there are a lot of eggs on the paleo diet its one of things you'll want to get from a good source.
